Our featured session, “Attracting & Retaining a Winning Team – Without Breaking the Budget,” will be led by Danielle Stewart, President and Founder of Paragon HR Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in people-first leadership, Danielle will share actionable strategies for recruiting and retaining top talent—while staying true to nonprofit budgets and missions.
During this session, you’ll learn:

- What makes culture truly magnetic to employees
- Practical (and affordable) ways to support and engage your team
- Retention tactics that go beyond salary
- How to position your organization as an employer of choice
