Our featured session, “Attracting & Retaining a Winning Team – Without Breaking the Budget,” will be led by Danielle Stewart, President and Founder of Paragon HR Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in people-first leadership, Danielle will share actionable strategies for recruiting and retaining top talent—while staying true to nonprofit budgets and missions.

During this session, you’ll learn:

  • How to compete with creative, cost-conscious benefits
  • What makes culture truly magnetic to employees
  • Practical (and affordable) ways to support and engage your team
  • Retention tactics that go beyond salary
  • How to position your organization as an employer of choice

It’s also a great chance to reconnect with your cohort, meet other alumni, and continue building a strong community of practice.
