Event description

Description

Various domestic and foreign entities may try to illegally acquire a company’s information. Given the propensity for theft of intellectual property, it is important to learn the best methods to protect the programs and systems that make your company successful. This talk will include examples of how to best safeguard intellectual property and the incentives to the client and U.S. for doing so..

An FBI Subject Matter Expert (SME) will discuss:

  • Threat to U.S. technology and the public sector from foreign adversaries
  • Specific technologies sought and vectors used to illicitly obtain them

Join us for this conversational talk as the speaker explores the best practices if a security incident is detected and provides contact information in the event of a security threat.

Afterwards, join us for happy hour!

The event is sponsored by Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner

This event will NOT be recorded for later viewing!
