Come join Real Healing Counseling and JCAF as we explore how early relationships shape adult attachment patterns and influence how our clients connect, disconnect and seek saftey. We'll examine attchment styles viewing attachment as a dynamic system that shifts through repair, attunement, and therapeutic presence. We'll also address the impact of trauma and share somatic and experiential tools to support nervous system regulation and relational healing. Therapist will leave with practical strategies to help clients move toward greater security and connection.
