Gibson Integrated Attachment Theory(tm) expands upon traditional Attachment Theory by examining the ways in which interpersonal attachments form while integrating subconscious reprogramming work.

These are small ongoing groups where members will take turns discussing current relationship or life challenges, the emotions surrounding them, and the related thoughts/beliefs. The goal is to find root causes and be given tools to to re-program limiting beliefs from a subconscious level.

Can I observe without participating?

Yes, you are welcome to come and observe. You will never be required to share if you are not comfortable doing so. All members will be expected to uphold all aspects of privacy and confidentiality.

What are the group details?

Each group will consist of a maximum of three people and will last for an hour and a half.

How often can I join a group?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to join as often as you like. Groups are organic  and are designed to help meet people where they are with tools and skill development that will help all participants.

Will my group stay the same?

Accepted Answer

These groups are designed to allow for people to join as often as they like so groups will not always consist of the same members. If you would like to join a group that contains the same members you can do this from my website.
