Join us for Astrophotography with Krista Kuskye!
In this hands-on astrophotography class, students will learn what gear they need, how to focus and set their cameras, and the best techniques for capturing stars, meteors, the Milky Way Galaxy, and auroras. You'll walk away with the skills and knowledge to confidently start creating your own images of the night sky.

About the instructor:
Krista Kuskye is a passionate photographer and educator with over 20 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Indiana University and has spent the past 11 years teaching photography to both children and adults in the community. Krista currently teaches at the Kroc Center, the South Bend Museum of Art, and Ivy Tech Community College. Her fine art photography has been exhibited locally, nationally, and internationally, and she owns Krista Kuskye Photography, where she enjoys serving the community through creative and meaningful work.
Please note: this event will be held inside the Gene's Education Annex (formerly "My Photo Studio") at the east end of the Gene's Camera building, on the corner of Lincoln Way West and Taylor St.
