The Nebraska Section American Water Works Association Asset Management for Nebraska Operators Workshop is provided FREE of charge as the Pre-Conference training associated with the 2025 APWA, AWWA, NWEA SWANA, Joint Fall Conference at the Younes Conference Center North in Kearney, NE.

In the Asset Management Workshops, you will learn about how asset management can benefit your system. Not sure where to begin? The workshop will provide you with the tools you need to get started and presenters will walk you through the process. With limited revenues, aging infrastructure, and regulatory obligations to meet, a comprehensive approach to managing your system is vital. You may have problems related to unknown meter, valve, or hydrant locations. You may not be sure of which asset(s) to replace given limited funds. Asset Management can help you solve these problems, and more.

The all day workshop is Monday November 3, 2025 beginning with registration at 8:30 am and promptly begin at 9:00. Lunch is provided.

Workshop is approved by Nebraska Department of Water, Energy and Environment for 5.0 CEU hours for both Water and Wastewater Operators!
