Assessforce: Systems Training

Welcome to Assessforce Training!

Assessforce is a web-based tool used to conduct assessments. Assessforce provides enhanced features that will allow users to conduct assessments and make appropriate referrals to supports and services. ESA developed two applications:

o DHS Assessment Portal (DAP) – staff application for internal users.

o Customer Assessment Portal (CAP) – customer portal available to DHS customers.

This training will provide users with a hands-on activity to explore the application inclusive of systems enhancements. This training is scheduled for 1-day and requires prior authorization from a DHS OWO Supervisor to participate.
