How long have you been in the industry and what is your background?

I have been in the industry 23+ years. I did business development work for optical boutiques for many years. I specialize in luxury eyewear, lab work, high prescriptions, unique frames, bespoke eyewear, and patient satisfaction. I have been a rep, lab manager, manager, and currently own my own shop.
