About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Join us for a powerful and informative virtual event focused on fostering children with complex medical needs — including those impacted by prenatal substance exposure, trauma, or ongoing health conditions. In addition to hearing from experienced foster parents, you'll have the opportunity to connect with professionals from DCFS and medical experts who support these children and the families who care for them. They'll share real-world insights, answer your questions, and help you understand what resources and supports are available.

Whether you’re a current foster parent or just exploring the idea, this session is designed to empower you with knowledge, connection, and encouragement.
