Experience the beauty and magic of the Ashland BalloonFest 2025 Balloon Glow Encounter up close! Balloon Glow Encounter offers you and 3 others a chance to enter the Glow Encounter Area (restricted to the public). Purchase includes Glow Encounter Area entry for four (4) people (1 hour prior to glow), On-site parking for one (1) vehicle, Four (4) soft drinks, and an Official Souvenir package. Balloon Glow is weather permitting. No refunds. Ticket purchase will be considered a tax-deductible donation should weather ground balloons.

Handicap and General Admission parking is located at Ashland University Lots off of Philips and Samaritan Avenues. General Admission parking is also located off of Center Street (St Rt 60), behind Dale Roy School.
