The Teacher:
Ajahn Wade Bhuripanyo is an American-born Theravāda Buddhist monk.
His teachings are rooted in the Thai Forest Tradition of Ajahn Chah and Burmese Insight Tradition of the Mahasi Sayadaw.
Ajahn Wade ordained at Wat Marp Jan--an Ajahn Chah monastery--in Thailand in 2014 and brings 30 years of meditation experience to the classes. His videos are available at YouTube.com/@AjahnWadeBhuripanyo.
Class Format:
Each class is a unique, stand-alone session, suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. You can attend one or all to try different kinds of meditation.
Classes feature:

- Dhamma talks, and
- Q&A sessions.

These meditations can be done in the comfort of your own home. You can adopt any posture you like: sitting on the floor, in a chair, standing, or even lying down.
When prompted during registration, opt in to receive e-mails from us, and we will send you meditation-related information. These may include guided meditations, teachings, or scientific reports. We are a non-profit organization and we will not try to sell you anything.
