How do I get the zoom link?

After you register, you will be sent a zoom link for the LASER webinar you have registered for, each event will have a unique link.

The registration page asks me to make a donation, why?

As a small non-profit with an entirely volunteer staff, we depend on donations from people like you to support our art/science programming.  Your generosity helps us provide our content to anyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

OK, what should I donate?

Accepted Answer

You can donate any amount you can afford, as low as $1.  Our suggested donation amount is $10.

What if I am not able to make a donation at all?

That is perfectly fine!  While we hope you can donate, if you are unable to, just email us at sciartsantafe@gmail.com letting us know and we will register you without a donation.

If this is happening all over the world, why does it say Telluride, Colorado?

Telluride was the site of a seminal art/science meeting that hosted participants from all over the world 45 years ago, and The Nature of Information returns to Telluride while taking advantage of contemporary technology to create an inclusive and sustainable series.

Are things happening in Telluride and can I go there?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely!  Telluride is a very special place and there will be many opportunities for interaction on site with participants.  See the agenda and website https://info-eco.art/arts-sciences-2024/ for more details of those events.  All the LASERs will be fully online.

What if I have to miss one of the streaming LASERs?

Accepted Answer

No problem!  We will record and post all the LASERs online for viewing after the series ends.
