Artists Reconnecting Through Sharing
Overview
The Chronic Pain Project (CPP) views art, created by those with chronic pain, as a form of communication and community building. Our art creates an exchange between artist and viewer, that can enrich the lives of both.
This new offering makes space for artists to share their creations with other artists. Sharing art with the general population is our core mission, but sharing art between the artists themselves builds community and decreases isolation. You do NOT have to enter your work in our exhibit to participate in these sessions.
Through facilitated online groups, artists can share a recent creation and tell the story behind the piece.
The facilitator will do their best to create a safe place for sharing and creating community.
