Where is the best place to park?

The best place to park would be at Aiso Parking Garage, located across the street from LA Artcore at 101 N. Judge John Aiso Street, Los Angeles CA (Lot 763). $3.00 flat rate after 5pm. Visa/MC/Amex/Discover accepted. Saturday Hours of Operation: 9:00am-2:00am.

Do I have to be there for the whole 3 hours? I might have another engagement to go to...

You can come and go at your leisure between 5pm-8pm. However, there will be special announcements at 7pm, so you may want not want to miss!

Can I make a donation at the show?

Yes! Please go to Guest Services and let them know you would like to make a donation. Or go to: https://square.link/u/5UUOHMC2 to make your contribution via Square. All donations are greatly appreciated!

If I donated $250 or $500 through Indiegogo, do I still need to buy tickets to the show?

No, if you donated as a BLOOM Visionary ($250) or BLOOM Sponsor ($500) via Indiegogo, you receive two complimentary tickets as part of your perk. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS. When you arrive, please visit Will Call to pick up your complimentary tickets.

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can’t attend?

All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, tickets can be transferred to another attendee. Simply log into your Eventbrite account, update the ticket holder’s name and email under your order details BEFORE you arrive for a smooth check-in.
