Welcome to our Artisan Cheese Making Classes! Join us on at the beautiful Spenker Family Farm for a hands-on cheese making experience. Our Cheese Maker, Bettyann, will guide you through the process of crafting your very own artisanal cheeses. Whether you're a cheese lover looking to expand your culinary skills or just curious about the cheese making process, this class is perfect for cheese enthusiasts of all levels. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to learn a new skill and have a fun day on the farm!

After class, enjoy a glass of Spenker Family Farm wine and a tasting of all our goat cheeses.

Class includes at least 2 hours of one on one instruction in our cheesemaking facility, goat milk cheese to take home, a glass of wine and cheese tasting.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must show ID and be over 21 years old to participate in this event.

What should I wear to this event?

We require that you wear clean clothes and closed toed shoes, and have your hair tied up. We will provide aprons, hairnets, and shoe booties for entering the cheese making space.
