Looking for a fun and free exercise class to take from home?
The arthritis fitness classes are great for anyone looking to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you have arthritis or not, the exercises in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program are excellent. This evidence-based exercise program is available at no cost to anyone , as part of our Healthy Aging Program at Young at Heart Resources. Feel free to invite your friends and family to join the class too! We welcome our international friends as well.

Class Schedule:
Mondays & Wednesdays, 2-3 PM CT (11 AM -12 PM Alaska, 12-1 PM Pacific Time, 1-2 Mountain Time, 2-3 Central Time, 3-4 PM Eastern Time, 8-9 PM United Kingdom)

No. You may sit at any point or remain seated for the entire class. Most exercises can be performed seated or with the use of a chair.
