The #ArtForALL Anniversary Festival marks a historic moment for Miami’s cultural landscape: a four-day, multi-disciplinary celebration hosted and curated by EXTi inside the heart of the Midtown Art District, born from NIDO – Refuge of the Senses, the art-tech incubator where EXTi created BANDADE Gallery inside the MADnest laboratory, giving life to the cultural movement that redefines accessibility in contemporary art… #ArtForALL.
From December 4th to 7th, the entire property transforms into an open-air cultural district operating daily from 11 AM to 11 PM, offering live art, live music, live media, gaming, fashion, food, block parties, mural activations, exhibitions and community programming—all free to the public in exchange for a single gesture: bringing a toy for the #ArtForALL Toy Drive supporting children during the holiday season.
This year’s edition expands the movement into its most ambitious form yet. EXTi will paint a full-block mural live on the massive I-95-facing wall, turning the property into a new visual landmark for Miami Art Week.
The district will host daily activations including a community of luxury and exotic cars that EXTi paints on and artistically intervenes throughout the week; tattoo studios and fashion pop-ups; a selection of food vendors and bars; gaming activations in collaboration with partners; and open community arts programming.
The viral national sensation Perreíto & Coffee will establish a four-day residency in the back garden of BANDADE and NIDO, running from day to night with DJs, dancers, and their signature high-energy coffee-rave experience.
In the back alley, a curated four-day CALIBRATE Block Party activates Miracle Alley, bringing together leading and emerging DJs across Miami’s Latin, electronic, and hybrid genres.
Inside BANDADE Gallery, EXTi will unveil a multi-chapter art program:
• The Bandade Exhibition, featuring exclusive new collections
• The presentation of the Latin Grammys Guitar, signed by winners and performers of the 2025 Latin Grammys
• And inside NIDO, a curated installation of Where Is LOVE?, the major exhibition that unites EXTi’s work with the emotional photography of Rafael Avcioglu and the seventeen Miami portraits of Alberto López—a tribute to the idea that LOVE is found in the people, the stories, and the streets of this city.
Live media coverage will run daily through PX Sports and Telemundo, producing on-site interviews, daily content, and a special televised segment recorded during the LET THEM COOK dinner event—an invitation-only, seated gastronomic-performance experience embedded within the Where Is LOVE? exhibition.
For this one-night cultural performance, a renowned chef/restaurant will join a well-known DJ for an exclusive B2B live experience, merging gastronomy and music into a single artistic act filmed as part of the festival’s official coverage.
This elevated dinner serves as the unveiling moment for the exhibitions and a cultural centerpiece of the week, bringing together partners, institutions, artists, and leaders from across Miami.
Nighttime programming continues through a partnership with MITA, where festival attendees can extend the celebration each night until 5 AM.
And on Sunday, December 7th, at 7:30 PM, EXTi will perform his final rock show of the year, presenting Rey de Corazones Rotos live in Miracle Alley—a flagship outdoor block-party concert serving as the emotional climax of the festival and the closing moment of the #ArtForALL Anniversary.
Above all, #ArtForALL remains committed to its founding principle: art for everyone.
Every event—Perreíto & Coffee, DJ block parties, exhibitions, the community of luxury cars intervened by EXTi, media activations, gaming, tattoo pop-ups, food and EXTi’s rock show—will be free of charge, with only one request: each visitor brings a toy. Whether it’s $2 or $10, simple or small, each toy becomes a symbol of LOVE shared with local children.
Through this collective gesture, the festival transforms Miami Art Week into something deeper: a living act of community, generosity, and unity.
This isn’t just an event.
It is the evolution of a movement born inside NIDO, developed by EXTi, and sustained by the community.
This is the #ArtForALL Anniversary Festival — Miami Art Week as a gift to the city.
The #ArtForALL Anniversary Festival celebrates the second year of an initiative that reshaped Miami’s cultural landscape by redefining accessibility in the arts. Originating in 2023 through a collaboration between NIDO | Refuge of the Senses and the Department of Human Services (DHS) of the City of Miami, #ArtForALL was born with a simple and profound idea: art must be for everyone.
What began as a collaborative social-action project created such powerful impact that it became the foundation for the Midtown Art District (MAD)—now recognized as Miami’s new cultural and artistic HUB.
This district blends creativity, innovation, design, social commitment, and community building, shaped by three core values: collaboration, win-win, and chain of favors. Through these values, the district builds bridges between artists, institutions, companies, and communities—driving ongoing initiatives with lasting social impact.
At the center of this movement lies MADnest, the first art and design incubator in the district—a creative laboratory dedicated to emerging talent, new aesthetics, and the development of art, entertainment, and technology projects with social purpose.
Within this incubator, EXTi—artistic ambassador of the district—created BANDADE Gallery, an immersive space merging art, design, performance, and new visual narratives, forming an essential piece of the Midtown Art District’s cultural identity.
Two years later, #ArtForALL continues proving that when art is built on authentic values and driven by community collaboration, it can unite neighborhoods, inspire transformation, and help build a stronger, more connected future for Miami.
