You'll have the chance to meet our dedicated team of skilled craftspeople who pour their passion into every tub. It's an exciting journey through the heart of our production process, and we can't wait to show you the artistry that goes into creating our world-renowned hot tubs and swim spas.

Free Van Shuttle Hours: Wednesday & Thursday, 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (PT)
(Last shuttle departs at 2:00 p.m. and returns to the Convention Center by 3:30 p.m.)

Walk-In Tours: Wednesday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (PT)

Van shuttles rotate between the Factory and the Las Vegas Convention Center. Due to construction the shuttles can now be found in the South Hall Taxi pick up/drop off. See updated map below.

Safety Requirements for All Visitors

To ensure everyone’s safety while on site, all visitors must follow the guidelines below while inside the manufacturing facility.

Do’s

• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and/or hearing protection – as applicable.
• Wear closed-toe shoes.
• Stay with your escort or host at all times.
• Use designated walkways and aisles only.
• Report any unsafe condition or incident immediately to your host or a supervisor.
• Follow all posted signs and instructions from plant personnel.

Don’ts

• Do not wear skirts, shorts or dresses on the Production floor.
• Do not touch or operate any machinery or equipment.
• Do not enter restricted areas without authorization.
• Do not use personal electronic devices (phones, cameras, etc.) unless approved.
• Do not bring food, drinks, or loose items onto the production floor.
