Art & Wellness Series / Meditation for Peace with Puja: Step into a sanctuary of calm and clarity with sessions that blend ancient wisdom with modern mindfulness practices. Each session begins with an interactive discussion on everyday topics, from managing anger and sleep problems to cultivating compassion and regulating our nervous system. Every month, we'll explore a different meditation or mindfulness technique to add to your toolbox. Join us to connect with your true essence and find lasting peace amidst life's stresses and demands. There is profound power in coming together as a community to meditate, and we will harness that power during these sessions. No prior experience is necessary. Bring an open mind and heart, a light belly, and your friends!

This month we'll be practising a Tibetan healing meditation designed to help you fall in tune with yourself and bring harmony to your whole being, utilizing music, sound, and the beautiful acoustics of Timucua. This meditation is a powerful experience and a community favorite. Bring your friends!
