Long time Fairfield resident,Corben Harper will be setting the night on fire with his incisive guitar work and passionate vocal renditions of evocative originals and off the beaten track covers. Corben recently resurrected and remodeled himself after a 20 year hiatus away from his guitar, much to the delight of his friends and fans. A mixture of riveting originals and obscure covers, pinning a genre on him is tricky. Ambient, lounge, moody, pop, folk, rock… How would you describe someone who covers Children of the Sun by Billy Thorpe, Fragments of Time by Daft Punk and Eastern Sun by Ayla Nereo?
