Art Therapy Workshop: Tame Your Inner Critic
Overview
This workshop helps women turn self-criticism into self-compassion through simple, hands-on art exercises. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident.
We all have an inner voice that can be too critical, the one that fuels self-doubt or perfectionism. This guided art therapy workshop invites you to explore that voice in a supportive and creative space.
Through art making, you’ll create a visual representation of your inner critic, giving it a form outside of yourself. By externalizing it, you’ll learn to observe it with curiosity rather than judgment and begin transforming that inner critic into an inner supporter.
You will:
• Learn how the inner critic develops
• Create a symbolic art piece representing your critic
• Explore reflective prompts to understand its role
• Practice a compassionate reframe that builds self-support
No art experience required. This is about expression, not perfection.
All materials will be provided.
Come as you are, leave with insight, clarity, and a new perspective on your inner dialogue.
