V3 is proud to host a NEW art submission event as part of Artability, a People Incorporated program. Artability offers free workshops and an annual art show promoting mental health and wellness through creativity. Artists are encouraged to submit their work for the upcoming show on October 24th at the Union Depot in St Paul.

Artability programming is created for anyone who feels that engaging with art supports their mental health.

All Artability workshops are free and open to individuals for whom creative expression supports their mental health. Workshops are offered in three categories: adults (18+), youth and families, and adults (55+).
