Art of Vibration

This time of year holds a lot — holiday cheer alongside the heaviness and quiet of winter. I’m feeling called to hold space for both.

On Saturday, Dec 27 (3–5pm), I’m hosting a gathering at The Harmony Mountain House to create space for rest, release, and expectation free artistic expression.

We’ll begin with a 60-minute sound journey to help the nervous system settle and the body open. Then we’ll create art together — not to make something “good,” but to let what’s inside move outward.

This is an invitation to slow down, unravel a little, and be supported in your surrender.
