About this event
Art of Hustle Seminar Series: Voice and Vision is a four-session workshop program led by Anthem Salgado that offers creative workers practical tools to communicate their vision with authenticity and confidence. Through interactive workshops, personalized coaching, and peer collaboration, participants will develop a clear, compelling voice that opens doors and creates deeper connections with the people who matter most to their practice.
WHAT YOU GAIN:
Brand & Positioning Principles: Explore key concepts and frameworks that you can adapt to address the specific challenges and opportunities within your artistic practice.
Communications: Develop stronger communication skills using practical tools and strategies to lead your art practice with greater clarity and impact.
Hands-On Workshops: Engage in interactive sessions covering essential topics including reflection on your career path, clarifying your artistic vision, and effectively advocating for your skills and expertise.
Personal Development: Deepen your self-understanding through guided reflection on your professional aspirations, core values, and artistic goals.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
You’re an ideal participant if you’re an artist, arts administrator, nonprofit worker, or organization leader who feels frustrated by the gap between what you do and how to talk about it.
You’re ready for this training series if you:
- Have valuable experience and expertise but struggle to articulate it in compelling ways
- Want to develop a more coherent professional presence
- Are committed to growth and willing to engage in reflective work alongside practical skill-building
- Want to move beyond generic arts messaging to find your authentic voice
- Want to advocate more effectively for your work, organization, or the arts field as a whole
This series works best for participants who are ready to do both inner work and skill development, and who see communication as a craft worth developing rather than just a necessary evil.
