Meet Rhonda Skallan: Elevating Ambitious Women Through the Power Of Community
From selling nightcrawlers in the Smoky Mountains as a child to leading projects worth billions as a professional, my journey was carved by determination. Virginia Tech and Regis University are where I studied, but real-world challenges are where I found my true passion and strength as a woman in a man’s world.
With diverse experiences spanning healthcare, entertainment, tech, and construction, I've consistently defied norms and navigated male-dominated dynamics with tenacity. I'm proud to say, "I'm a badass" – both professionally and personally.
Outside of the office, I’m a nationally recognized speaker, and the driving force behind “Construction with a Touch of Grace,” championing women in industries where they’re outnumbered but never outclassed. In addition, I’m a theater enthusiast and photographer, I read over 70 books a year, and love a good art project.
I’ve realized the unmatched power of a tribe of women, united in purpose and ambition. This force is precisely what forms the foundation of the coaching program I have created. I’ve been at the intersection where ambition meets doubt, and it’s my mission to ensure that no woman stands there alone. Together, we’ll harness collective strength to pave a path of confidence and empowerment.
Whether you’re commanding a boardroom, leading a construction site, or wherever you find yourself working within a male-dominated career, my aim is to amplify your voice and make yourself heard and valued.
Remember, in these power industries, women aren’t merely participants, they’re the game-changers. Let’s redefine the rules and reshape the board.

Meet Grace Noel: Denver Based Artist and Astrologer for 10+ years
Grace Noel is a mixed media fine artist, muralist, installation artist, and owner of Grace Noel Art, LLC with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree. You can visit her studio at the Denver Art Society Underground in Denver's Art District on Santa Fe Dr at 734 Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO. The vision of Grace's work is inspired by being outside in the sunshine and how it all relates to the four elements of fire, earth, wind, and water.
The universe is where it all begins, literally and artistically. Grace is inspired by the stars, and always has been. The stars brought the family together, as she learned astrology from her mom who would talk endlessly about Western and Chinese astrology. At a very young age mom taught me the different constellations and planets looking into the indigo night sky. Mom knew the magic of the stars from constellations, planets, and the old Chicana folk stories of the family ancestors both Spanish, Ute Indian and Pueblo Indian.
From the vastness of space to the ocean’s depths, ultimately it is the Four Elements of Fire, Earth, Wind, and Water that inspire the rainbow palette of Grace Noel’s Art.
We are all made of sunshine. Sunshine makes the plants grow, the water flow,
and the wind blow. So now it is time to go on a magical journey through the rainbow.
In 2011, Grace began her career as a professional artist with her Bachelors of Fine Arts. She joined the Denver Art Society Artist Co-op/gallery/nonprofit in 2013 and has been showing her art in Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe Dr ever since. She is a founding member of the Denver Art Society - helping build, fund, and sustain the nonprofit art organization. From 2018-2020, Grace Noel served on the Board of Directors for Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe Dr. In addition, Grace is part of the core team of Spectra Art Space, a female owned and operated art gallery on South Broadway in Denver. Finally, Grace is also a business developer, web developer, and consultant for creatives. Grace shows her artwork locally and internationally.
