As an environmental scientist and photographer, William Michaels navigated across oceans and continents with camera in hand to capture in the moment of light the interactions of nature to inspire public awareness and support for the conservation of our planet’s wildlife and their essential habitats.

His current exhibit, One with Nature, provides imagery of the stunning beauty and biodiversity of our planet’s marine and terrestrial ecosystems. Development and climatic change have impacted nature on regional and global scales, yet environmental success stories do exist with nature’s ability to adapt. However, if we do not learn to protect nature, we will be unable to protect ourselves.
