Art in Motion: Ride 1 — Series Kickoff

Join us for the first ride of our Art in Motion series as we take the community from our current La Byci location to the future home of La Byci, celebrating movement, creativity, stock, and the evolution of our space.

We’ll meet at La Byci (114 NW 25th St.) and roll out at 6:30 AM, riding a 55.7-mile route designed to warm up the legs and ignite the energy leading into Art Basel week. The ride closes at our new La Byci location (172 NW 26 St), where the next chapter of our community begins.

Expect strong group energy, smooth pacing, and a route built to connect riders through cycling, culture, and transition—movement as art, and art in motion.

*** IMPORTANT DETAILS PLEASE READ ***

1) This ride will be challenging. There will be a SAG van providing hydration and support, but ultimately you are responsible for your own nutrition across the ride. Please also bring spare tires, tubes and/or CO2 cartridges.

2) We strongly encourage you to consider your fitness level. If you’re on the fence, we recommend you ask a more experienced friend if this ride is a good step-up ride for your continued development. If you’re unsure, out of an abundance of caution, we recommend you hold on this ride and be on the lookout for future MAAP-supported rides.

3) There will be treats provided by MAAP – Post-ride bites and drinks back at LaByci.

4) There will be a rad giveaway too – Two lucky riders will walk away with an Atmos Jacket or Vest of their choice. This will be communicated to the winners on the day.

5) Don’t bonk; bring food; stop for beers or that cinnamon bun. It’s all fuel for the greater pursuit
