Explore your emotions through art. Create from joy, rage, or anything in between and then take action to share your art with the world!

Join Heal Your Way Forward Collective Community Builder, Sam Beard for a creative gathering designed to nurture expression, connection, and emotional exploration through art. Explore joy, rage, grief, and everything in between (select beforehand or determine as a group during the session).

This sessions is rooted in the practice of Direct Compassionate Communication (DCC), with prompts inspired by the self-connection empathy process.

This session is open to everyone, regardless of skill level or artistic background. Our goal is to help you reconnect with your creative spark, explore feelings and needs through art, and experience the power of creating in community.

We will conclude our session with reflection and take gentle action by sharing our creations and considering how they might live beyond the session! Guests will be asked to share what they make, considering where they might put it into the world. Whether that be on social media, posting on a corkboard in a local coffee shop, donating to a local library, or gifting to a neighborhood space.

Inspired by Mitzi Magdaleno’s work, we’ll dedicate this time to turning creative energy into meaningful movement in the world.
