The Garde Arts Center is honored to support Your HeART Space Art Program and invites you to the:“ART FOR CHANGE: Fundraiser to provide FREE Art Programming for the Kids.”Founded by local artist Katie Fogg, Your HeART Space is a transformative program that nurtures young artists through traditional fine art practices like drawing and painting while fostering self-awareness, mindfulness, compassion, and communication. Art has always been a universal language—one that heals, unites, and speaks directly to the heart.
Now, the young artists of Your HeART Space want to give back! They are hosting a fundraising exhibition to help other budding artists experience the same opportunity that shaped their own journeys. This special event will be promoted alongside Garde performances, with an opening fundraising reception on Friday, June 13th, from 5–8 PM. We invite you to join us in supporting these artists as they work to expand access to this vital program.After a successful first year funded through the ARPA Fair Shot Fund, focusing on the well-being of New London, Your HeART Space has proven to be not just an opportunity—but a necessity. Through this exhibition, 100% of art sale proceeds will go directly toward funding a new 12-week program for future young artists.
The dedicated students from RMMS and the Arts Pathway program have chosen to donate their artwork sales, ensuring that others can experience the same growth and healing they have.Join us in celebrating the power of art and the next generation of artists.
