Each year, Art for August uplifts the legacy of August Wilson by supporting artists whose work speaks to culture, community, and creativity. For the 2026 exhibition, 10 artists will each receive a $1,000 award and the opportunity to showcase their work at the historic August Wilson House.
This info session will provide everything you need to know about the application process, deadlines, and eligibility. Attendees will also have the chance to ask questions directly about the program and how to submit their proposals.
