Art Expressions with Jen Nye, LMSW

This fun and interactive art workshop invites teens (14-17 years old) to express their emotions through creativity. Participants will create unique pieces that reflect how they’re feeling and what they’re going through. Whether it’s joy, stress, excitement, or anything in between, the workshop encourages self-expression in a relaxed and supportive environment. No art experience is needed—just an open mind and a desire to explore how art can help communicate emotions, boost creativity, and provide a cool outlet for personal expression.
