Our experienced coach, Aaron Jung, will guide athletes entering 7th-12th grades, along with high school graduates with a signed letter of intent, through an 8-week strength and conditioning program that will focus on speed, strength, and agility to optimize sports performance and prevent injuries.
Arrow Strength Principles:
- Reduce or limit the likelihood of athletic related injuries
- Improve athletic performance
- Educate and improve nutritional understanding as it relates to athletic performance
- Create confidence and healthy habits
Schedule:
- June 2 - July 31 (no workouts June 30 - July 3)
- All sessions are held Monday - Thursday
- Nine different sessions available
High School Program (Grades 9-12): $150

- 7 :00 am - 8:15 am | Boys only
- 8 :30 am - 9:30 am | Girls & Boys
- 9:45 am - 10:45 am | Girls & Boys
- 11:00 am - 12:00 pm | Girls only
- 1 :00 pm - 2:00 pm | Girls & Boys
Middle School Program (Grades 7-8): $150
Location: Middle School Gym
- 10:00 am - 10:45 am | Boys only
- 11 :00 am - 11:45 am | Girls Only

College Prep Program (High School Graduate): $250
Location: High School Weight Room
- 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm | Girls & Boys
It is preferred that athletes stick to the same time slot for every workout. We will work with athletes on a case by case basis to accommodate schedules.
