Join us for a focused educational workshop covering two major insect pests that impact pasture and turf systems across North Carolina—armyworms and imported fire ants. This session will provide practical, research-based information on identification, life cycle, and integrated pest management (IPM) strategies for controlling these pests in livestock, forage, and turfgrass systems.

This workshop is ideal for farmers, landowners, turf managers, and licensed pesticide applicators seeking to improve pest management practices and safeguard the productivity of their operations.

Pesticide Recertification Credit:
This program has been approved by the NCDA&CS for K, N, L, O, D, and X pesticide recertification credits. Both in-person and virtual attendance options are available.
