Preconference Experience: Thursday, April 24 at 7pm $25/individual. Only 350 openings. A unique opportunity for focused sessions by gifted instructors, fellowship and early vendor shopping!

Onsite registration: $60/individual (18 & up) $40/daughter (ages 16 & 17)

Single service: $30 per service per individual

Those registered will receive a badge. You must have this to get into each service. There will be 3 services: Friday, Friday Night and Saturday

Vendors at Horner Hall, Hot Springs 2025

The vendors' area will be located in the lobby of Horner Hall.

- Booth spaces measure 6ft x 8ft.

- A reservation fee of $50, plus applicable fees, is required for each space, limited to a maximum of 2 spaces (please note that reservations are non-refundable).

- All vendors and their staff must register for the conference under general admissions as well.

- The cost for booth space is 10% of your total sales (the reservation fee will be deducted from this amount) and is due prior to leaving the event.

- According to Arkansas state regulations, a sales tax of 9.375% must be collected on all sales made during the event. An Arkansas state tax packet will be provided, and your contact information is needed for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

- Proceeds will benefit the Mother's Memorial campaign.

- Access to your booth will begin on Thursday, April 24th, at 4 PM, and you must vacate the premises by 3 PM on Saturday, April 26th.

- You are welcome to sell during the PreConference Experience on Thursday evening, April 24th, from 8 PM to 10 PM.

- A 6ft table can be reserved in advance for $10 each.

- Chairs are available for $2 each.

- Power cord access is $50 if purchased in advance or $100 on-site. Please email to buy directly from the event center at [email].

- Please note that the sale of food and drinks is prohibited.

- All items must align with modesty standards, and the sale of jewelry is not allowed.

- Ladies Ministries reserves the right to withdraw a vendor's participation if necessary.
