Argo and the Violet Queens

Argo and the Violet Queens are a psychedelic driven band based out of Washington D.C. that blend nostalgic visual aesthetics, surreal lyricism, and higher energy performances to create a uniquely abstract world in which the music lives. Sonically, all four members make unique contributions to the band’s sound as they weave through explorations of what the 20th century’s preeminent genres can be once altered in a modern setting.

Nematode

Formed in 2017 by Aaron Easton and Larry Flatley, and brought to life in studio and on stage with Eddy Machado, Brian Hughes, and Ross Robey, Nematode is one part pop band, one part psychedelic rock odyssey, and one part brain-eating amoeba (with a recording studio).

Right Chipper

DC band, Right Chipper is a bombastic Mathrock Duo. Drawing influences from progressive bands like Floral and Standards, Right Chipper fuses complex time signature exploration with catchy, pop-punk melodic sensibilities. The duo consisting of Knox Engler on guitar and Lucas Kirby on Drums formed in the Spring of 2023 and has been relentlessly shredding ever since. Right Chipper aims to bring unmitigated joy to the listener through a listening experience that is meant to stretch one's ear while remaining fun and accessible.

Trinomial

Hailing from PG County, Maryland, Trinomial is a trio of the alt-jazz variety. The trio blends their diverse influences into a sound that can only be described as "whatever we think sounds good". Their sound draws inspiration from artists like BADBADNOTGOOD, Kiefer, and Yussef Dayes. Featuring Brody Steck on keys, Ivanna Ajakpo on bass, and Tijan Glover on drums, the band enjoys long walks on the beach, drinking coffee, and working on their times tables.
