This event will involve a short walk around the site and we will complete some restoration work to protect naturally regenerating seedlings and create scrape (a shallow pond). Weather dependent we will also complete some pollinator counts as part of our citizen science programmes. Further details and meeting point will be provided by email before the event.

What sort of clothing and footwear should I bring?

Even in summer this site can be very wet in places, so wellie boots are strongly recommended. As it is Ireland we also recommend warm clothing, raincoats and suncream.
