Join us in-person at the SUU Library to learn the basics of how to arrange, describe, and care for your historic records collections. Participants will be given a facsimile records collection and get hands-on learning experience doing archival work. Registration is free and includes a boxed lunch.

Attendance will be limited to 12 participants in order to facilitate active participation.

This workshop is geared toward the staff of museums, libraries, and other institutions for whom archival collections may be an important but secondary function of the institution. This class is for Utah-based institutions only.

Do you need help covering travel costs to attend this training? USHRAB has a Professional Development Microgrant of up to $500 that can help. Check out https://ushrab.org/ProfDevGrants/ for details.
