Archive as Resistance: Fireside Conversation with Rebecca Racine Ramershoven & Special Guests

Join us for an inspiring fireside conversation with Villa Aurora Fellow Rebecca Racine Ramershoven, a multidisciplinary artist exploring displacement, belonging, and the ties between America and Germany.

Rebecca will be joined by Dominique Clayton, Curator & Founder of Dominique Gallery, and Evan Brown, writer, producer, and Managing Editor of Contemporary Art Review Los Angeles (CARLA). Together, they’ll dive into how Black histories shape identity, community, and creative practice, and how art can be a tool for resistance, memory, and connection across borders.

Moderated by DCDG Co-Founder, Delaney George.
