Archetypes: Your Inner Characters Revealed

We are located on the backside of Waterstreet Studios building. To park, drive past the new Warehouse 55 on 1st Street. You'll see a drive on your right. We're about halfway down the parking lot. Go up the outdoor staircase. Come early or stay after for a mocktail and some conversation.

An archetype is a universal pattern that shapes how you see the world, respond to life, and move through relationships—often without you realizing it. Discovering your archetypes is like learning the inner characters driving your choices, so you can work with them instead of being unconsciously run by them.

In this workshop, you will 

• explore what archetypes are and why certain patterns keep showing up in your life
• Identify some of your personal archetypes through reflection, conversation, and intuitive cues
• See how these archetypes subtly influence your choices, reactions, and relationships
• Do some fun exploration with the group and with a partner
• Learn simple ways to work with your archetypes instead of being unconsciously run by them
• Leave with more self-knowledge and and the ability to put it to use in your everyday life

Getting to know your archetypes is deeply empowering. They influence your patterns, decisions, and reflexes—often unconsciously. By bringing them into awareness, you can harness their strengths, soften their shadow sides, and make more intentional choices.

In this workshop, Tess Bondavalli will mix education with experimentation. We’ll discover archetypes together in a supportive, playful mix of people who know you and people who don’t, drawing inspiration from Caroline Myss and beyond. No preparation is required—just curiosity—but you’re welcome to glance at archetype lists beforehand and bring anything that resonates.
