Welcome to Archery Class for beginners - Archery 101!

Come join us at Deep River Bowmen for a fun and exciting introduction to the world of archery. Whether you're a total newbie or just looking to brush up on your skills, this class is perfect for you. Our experienced, certified instructors will teach you everything you need to know to hit the bullseye like a pro. Don't worry if you've never picked up a bow before - we'll start from the basics and work our way up. Get ready to unleash your inner Robin Hood and have a blast with fellow archery enthusiasts. This course is open to all those ages 6 and over. Parents and young adults are encouraged to enroll together. All safety gear and equipment is provided. Personal equipment may be used at the instructor's discretion. Parents/guardians of participants under the age of 18 must remain at the facility until the lesson ends.

Can I bring a drink to class?

Yes, feel free to bring your favorite coffee or a bottle of water. Snacks are okay too.

What time do the doors open

Doors open at 8:30. Class starts at 9:00. Please arrive by 8:45.

This course introduces a beginning archer to the elements of safety, terminology, and uses for basic equipment during a 2 hour course taught by our certified USAA/NFAA Level I coaches. All classes are held indoors. All participants must sign a liability waiver before class begins.
