The Apprenticeship Program provides aspiring stylists with hands-on training and real-world experience working on live clients in a professional salon suite. This exclusive FOUR-WEEK program is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, empowering participants to enhance their skills and confidence in a real salon environment. Participants must already know how to braid as a prerequisite for enrollment.

You will learn micro-linking, sew-in weaves, k-tip extensions, braiding techniques, wig making and repairs, healthy hair maintenance and so much more.

FLEXIBLE SHIFTS- The program runs exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, making it ideal for individuals with weekday commitments.

Class rules:

All students must wear all black, no shorts or inappropriate clothing, and comfortable shoes.
NO profanity or inappropriate topics discussed in a professional environment

Our microprograms include Hair Weaving, Hair Extensions, Wig Making, and Advanced Braiding in over 125 locations nationwide. The School of Cosmetic Arts is a certified workforce training provider for the federal government WIOA.
