Applying MLT to Repertoire in Instrumental Music Ensembles

Join us for an in-depth session that will explore the intersection of Music Learning Theory (MLT), the New York State Learning Standards for the Arts, and Jump Right In: The Instrumental Series (JRI). Dr. Snell and Dr. Stringham will present practical strategies for applying these frameworks to deliver comprehensive, standards-based instruction in instrumental ensemble settings.

Participants are encouraged to bring scores from repertoire they plan to teach during the 2025–2026 academic year.
