Two-Day Workshop for Mental Health Professionals & Community Members
Join VitalCare for a comprehensive ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) training February 5th and 6th from 8:30am-4:30pm. This training is designed for mental health professionals, front-line workers, and anyone in the community who wants to feel more confident, prepared, and skilled in supporting individuals experiencing thoughts of suicide.
ASIST is the world’s leading suicide intervention training program. Over the course of two days, participants learn how to recognize when someone may be at risk, how to engage in a compassionate and collaborative conversation, and how to create a safety plan that helps keep the person safe.

- Official ASIST training delivered by certified facilitators
- All training booklets and materials
- Lunch on both days
- A supportive, interactive learning environment
Continuing Education Credits (CEUs):
CEUs are available for an additional $78. Information and instructions for obtaining CEUs will be provided during the training.
