Applied Generative AI for Data Scientists | Training & Certification | 2025

This two-day workshop will walk you through common Generative AI use cases and how you can build them using John Snow Labs’ software. This is a hands-on workshop that includes running live Python notebooks, no-code tools for domain experts, and considerations for production-grade systems.

The first day covers open-source language models, combining NLP & LLM pipelines, using healthcare-specific models, and building multi-modal AI pipelines for visual document understanding. The second day covers the Medical Chatbot, Generative AI Lab, and building human-in-the-loop AI workflows.

The workshop is organized in two four-hour-long sessions, each followed by self-guided exercises relevant to each section. This is a live online workshop whose instructors are current lead contributors to the John Snow Labs codebase. A certification of expertise is provided to attendees who pass a final online exam.
