Applicant Preparation Program (APP) Workout - Lake Dalwigk Park, VALLEJO

The Golden Gate Division Recruitment Team will be conducting workouts as a part of the Applicant Preparation Program (APP), RAIN OR SHINE! These workouts are designed to assist individuals to prepare for the CHP Physical Abilities Test. The duration of each session is approximately 2 hours and provides applicants valuable information about the CHP Academy, with an Academy style workout. It is a great opportunity to stay in shape and show your interest in the CHP!

Things to Bring to the Workout:

1. Wear proper athletic workout attire and running shoes
2. Yoga Mat
3. Water Bottle
4. Applicant Preparation Program Waiver.pdf (required for first-time attendees)

The best place to park is on 5th Street. If you drive south on Lemon Street, make a right onto 5th Street and you should see plenty of street parking.
