CHP - San Jose will be conducting a workout and info seminar at the San Jose Area office as a part of the Applicant Preparation Program (APP), RAIN OR SHINE!
These workouts are designed to assist individuals to prepare for the CHP Physical Abilities Test. The duration of each session is approximately 2 hours, which includes time for applicants to ask questions about the hiring process and the CHP Academy. It is a great opportunity to stay in shape and show your interest in the CHP!
Attendees should consider bringing the following items:
- Your own yoga mat
- Proper workout attire consisting of a white shirt, black shorts, and running shoes (no inappropriate logos or text on clothing)
- Water
First-time attendees of the APP Workouts are required to print out and complete the Applicant Preparation Program Waiver, and bring it with them to the workout.
***Upon arrival, line up at gate next to building, and you will be let in as a group at the start time.
At the conclusion of the workout, you will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with CHP officers during a classroom info seminar.
