Experiment with Rum and Cachaca, spirits made from Sugarcane. Learn about the sugarcane, its byproducts and their subsequent distillations.. Discover the differences between different types of rum and cachaca. Learn proper cocktail technique with a complete set of bar tools at your disposal. You will create 4 cocktails with guidance from one of our seasoned mixologists.The cocktail menu with specs is provided for future reference.
