APEX - Career Development Bootcamp Training Series

The APEX Career Development Bootcamp ensures that you have the know-how and technique to not only accomplish your career goals but to manage workplace dynamics to sustain your career and remain marketable. This network training series is for professionals that seek to expand their network and development in areas conducive to reaching professional peaks; hence "APEX". Learn from engaging facilitators, HR professionals, and certified diversity and inclusion experts for one or more of our training days.

Day 1 Professional Communication (6/29): Enhance your resume and cover letters, develop professional writing skills, learn best practices for all interview types and explore negotiating techniques.

Day 2 Surviving the Workplace (7/6): Explore ways to manage difficult biases and awkward situations at work that impact job satisfaction.

Day 3 Maximizing Professional Resources (7/13): Learn how HR forms impact your income, how to select benefits when HR can't advise you during the onboarding process and strategize ways to leverage your network.

Day 4 Leadership & Team Challenge (7/20): Expand your network while sharpening your leadership and teambuilding skills during our culminating outdoor recreational challenge course.

What's the refund policy? Due to capacity and creation of custom materials, all sales are final.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Tickets are transferrable for days 1, 2, and 3 only.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No problem; however, all participants on Day 4 will require an athletic waiver and attire upon arrival.
