1. Entry Requirements

This is a strictly 21+ event. Guests may be asked to present a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) upon entry.
No exceptions — no ID, no entry.
We reserve the right of admission, and to deny entry or remove anyone being disruptive, aggressive, abusive, offensive or unsafe.
If you have any specific access requirements please contact ticketing@thisiscatapult.com no later than 48hours prior to the event.

2. Tickets & Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Tickets must be scanned at the door; duplicates or screenshots may be denied.

Alcoholic drinks will only be served to guests 21+ with valid ID.
Drink responsibly — if you're visibly intoxicated, staff may stop serving you.
Food will be available throughout the event. Vegan and allergy-friendly options may be available but are not guaranteed.
Please note this is a cashless event.

5. Photos & Media

By entering, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Content may be used for promotional purposes.
Respect other attendees’ privacy — no intrusive filming or photos without permission.

6. Zero Tolerance Policy

Anyone found with illegal substances or violating our code of conduct will be removed immediately and possibly reported to authorities.

7. Event Changes

Lineup, food, and set times are subject to change.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, all updates will be shared via email or our official social channels.

These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
