Join APA|DC for our first-ever Speed Networking Event on November 4th at Shaw’s Tavern, designed to connect photographers and producers with crew members through quick one-on-one meetings (think speed dating). Whether you’re a photographer or producer looking to expand the pool of crew you work with, or a crew member hoping to connect with hiring photographers and producers, this event is the perfect opportunity to grow your professional network and build lasting industry relationships.
Photographer & Producer tickets are for photographers and producers who hire crew and want to meet with crew during the event.
Crew tickets are for assistants, digitechs, videographers, hair and makeup artists, stylists, and anyone who works as crew on photo sets who are looking to meet with photographers and producers.
The speed networking rounds will begin promptly at 6:15 pm and conclude by 8:00 pm. A social mixer will follow the speed networking from 8 pm-9 pm.
Format
- Photographers and producers will be assigned tables, crew will rotate tables each new round
- Rounds will last 5 minutes
- A social mixer will follow the speed networking and is open to the public!
